Can't see files in the cloud and can't update

I work with cloud model, I can my model at the web, but in Revit, using the Autodesk docs location, the folder is empty.

I try updating the Revit, but the update keep failing - error 3051.

I checked with the bim manager and i have all the permissions..

This discussion forum is dedicated to programming Revit using the Revit API.

 

Afaict from your description, you are not doing anything programmatically yourself using the Revit API, just using the standard Revit user interface.

 

I am afraid you cannot expect an answer to a question like yours relating to product setup, optimisation, usage, or other end-user support issues here.

 

You should try one of the non-API Revit product support discussion forums instead for that:

The people there are better equipped to address this topic than us programming nerds.
