Can Change Parameter At Revit Link doc

Hello Guys,

I hope you're having a nice day. I have a question for you. I have some code usnig Revit API C# that changes the tag of Windows. This tag is read from the "type mark" parameter value, so first I need to set the type parameter value, and then place the tag. When I run this code on my model, it works fine, but when I run it on a linked model, it doesn't work and gives me an exception stating that I can't run a transaction on this linked model.

So, I'm asking if there's a way to execute a transaction on a linked model. If there is, could you please provide me with an example of it?

You cannot run a transaction on a linked document since its not open.
So you cant set a parameter value on a linked Window.
You should be able to tag a linked Window though.
But that would still be a transaction in your active document.
