Bug Report: GetFamilyPointPlacementReferences

Hi all,

I have been using the GetFamilyPointPlacementReferences() method recently to get the start and end points of some family instances that have been previously place, but have noticed an interesting bug.

The method seems to bounce between returning the correct placement references, or returning nothing. The bug seems to occur in both Debug and Release configurations and as far as I have noticed seems to be pretty much 50-50 of will it work or not.

Please could the development team take a look into this ASAP.

In order for the development team to look at anything at all, they need to have something to look at.

Can you please provide a complete, minimal, reproducible case?
