Application Macros - change path location

Dear Community,

Is it possible to change the path of Application Macros in Revit?

Currently it is:

...\ProgramData\Autodesk\Revit\Macros\2022

and I would like to have it located on the server, not local disc.

I would say that’s probably not possible since that path is coded into the Revit program, and I don’t see any setting for that path in either the Revit settings, or in the Revit .ini file.  

However, I think it should be possible to put a macro on the local machines that just calls and runs a macro file from the server.   

im not sure exactly how to code that though.
