I think your visual style is set to "wire frame".

Change it from here to something like "realistic".

It was showing the edges because of *Show Edge option turned on.

Change it following below steps your problem will be solved:

just one last thing, why is the realistic model not clean, like why it is wavy? as it is in the picture you have attached

Because of Revit's internal curve approximation Graphics.
