How would I Get This To Grab All My Title blocks in a project

How could i change this to grab and modify all my title blocks

• GetSimilarTypes, SnappingService and Title Labels
• Getting Title Block Data and ViewSheet from View
• Sheet View Xform, Coords, Img Export and Title Block

i was looking to use a parameter of my own not a built in parameter

and i am wanting to set a value to this parameter aswell
