Add and change label in multi category tag

Hello,

I'm trying to create a MultiCategory Tag with a Label that is linked with a shared parameter. So does anyone know the answer on this questions:

- How can I add a label to a tag family with the API?
- Can I change the shared parameters which are linked to the label with the API?

I have already tried something with the 'FamilyCreate.NewTextNote', but text is not what I need. And I can't find something like 'NewLabel' or something in the API Help file and also google gives me not the answer what I'm looking for. 

I like to hear if anybody has do something with labels or have any other experience with this issue.

I don't think Revit exposed the API to create lable for a annotation tag family, and also no API to change the bounded parameter.
