forums is showing my username

Steps to reproduce
I never expected my username to be used in the forums. I posted and it shows my username. I can set my Community Profile name in my settings but it still shows my username in my post.

Expected results
Not use my login username as my name in the forums

Actual results
Uses my username as my name in the forums

@rokenbuzz, Forums will always use your username in posts.

If you wish to change your username, sign in to this website: https://profile.autodesk.com/security

There you can see an option to edit your username.

I eventually found that a week ago after some googling, and then changed my username.

But the post I already made still has my old username. I don't like that.

Shouldn't it pull the username from the current account settings, or at least update all past posts?

Can you remove my post for me?  

Or can I? I didn't see a way.

@rokenbuzz, username should get updated. What is the current username...? Can you share the screenshot from your profile. Just the username part.

Just trying to help you out. It' not a Help desk type of conversation. I too am a forum user like you trying to help others.

And even if it were a Helpdesk type of conversation, never share your personal information on the forum. And it is public. 

If the team needs anything, they will contact you personally via Private Message or email.

No I cannot. But you can notify the moderator if you wish to delete them. Report option is there on bottom right corner of each post. 

My opinion is to wait for Kevin's response.

Hi @rokenbuzz is your account SSO-enabled?

I changed my username in profile.autodesk.com/security and was able to reproduce this username this error that you are receiving. I've created a ticket for this and we'll be investigating further.

I don't know if my account is SSO-enabled.

I don't see any settings for that.
