Steps to reproduce
I created my username in 2006. It appears that a "New Member" was allowed to create a new account in 2014. This user has 0 posts. I received an email stating that my username needed to be changed and the reason turns out that it's because of this duplicity.
Expected results
I expect I, Steven Pybus, should be able to keep the 'spybus' username. I was assigned that username 8 years before the other spybus. Mine is the original account. I expect that the duplicate account should be changed due to this new requirement.
Actual results
We shall see.
