Handheld Scans Error

Hi everybody,

I have message "Sorry ,but your trial period has expired! The expiration date is 01/08/2015 (dd/mm/yyyy) Please ,register this  software to remove trial limitations ! " when click "HandHeld Scans " button. It's normal with the photos.

what happen?

I was download the windows version.

Hi,

This may be because the hand held scanner is not registered, or maybe you are using an older Memento version.

Let me know if you still experience any problems.

How many handheld devices to be support and what devices?

Hi,

This message is displayed by the scanner SDK - not by Memento. So all features will work except for the scanner. We will be updating with the latest version by end of next week. Currently we support only Artec.

Did you thank about the kinect V2 to support of the handheld scans?
