Can't use ultra or more than 250 images in remake

Hi there, I am wanting to be able to produce 3D models with remake
using the ultra setting and with more than 250 images as discusses in
this forum:

Apparently there is a fix for the Remake which makes this possible but
when i try add this update to remake it it tells me "the upgrade patch
cannot be installed by the windows installer service because the
proram to be upgraded may be missing, or the upgrade patch may update
a different version" I recently downloaded remake (in the last
month) and i'm not sure where to find the right fix for my version http://up.autodesk.com/2017/MEM/ReMake2017_UPD1_v17.23.1.69.msp

i have tried unistalling and
reinstalling remake 2017 and i can't seem to see any updates in the desktop
manager.

I will move this post to the Remake forum for you, this is a product related issue, have you tried locating the update in your Autodesk account instead. Locate the updates in "Updates & Add-ons" > View Details > Release Notes (to check requirements for updates).

It is highly recommended that you update to the latest version as the version you're using is no longer supported.

The latest version of Remake is 17.25.2.1 that can be downloaded from this link: http://up.autodesk.com/2017/MEM/ReMake_172521_Win64_dlm.sfx.exe

Also since 17.25.0.16, the ultra quality option for cloud reconstruction is no longer accessible for educational licenses. No changes for Local reconstruction.

Only local reconstruction provides an option for processing images more than 250 that is capped at 1000.

For some reason remake doesn't come up in my autodesk desktop app like the others, i have the current version now installed, you can see remake on the taskbar

Hi there i still haven't resolved this issue, i would like to process more than 250 images locally but the patch will still not work, i have updated remake, tried uninstalling it and it still does not work

Hi @Anonymous,

Please follow the steps below and see if it works out:

1) Uninstall Remake and remove the remake folder from C:\Autodesk

2) Perform a clean install directly from this link: http://up.autodesk.com/2018/MMNTO/ReMake_172531_Win64_dlm.sfx.exe

3) Once the install is complete, please activate Remake again with your serial number and product key.

Please verify and which ever steps you get stuck, would it be possible to provide a screenshot of the error and after performing which step?
