Cannot launch ReMake

I cannot launch ReMake from my computer (desktop shortcut) or the desktop app. Every time I do it, I am prompted to submit an error report. The desktop app says that the product is installed but there is no "Launch" button like there is with 3DS Max.

 

I have run ReMake before on this computer with no problems. I have tried restarting my computer (a very capable gaming laptop running Windows 10 - 16G RAM, i7 processor, 64-bit) and doing a fresh install of ReMake (whichever the latest version is from the website).

Hi @Anonymous,

 

 

When ReMake crashed, did you submit an Crash Error Report (CER)? If you did, may I know your email ID and the date you submitted it? If not, do submit the CER when ReMake crashes and inform me again. You can contact me at gerald.chin@autodesk.com directly with these details. With these information, we will be able to pinpoint the reason of the crash better.
