How does reflectance differ from intensity? The intensity is a relative measure of the infrared reflectivity of the object. Are you looking for an absolute unit?
I'm not sure this is possible. On its own, intensity is just a value - usually some kind of raw reading of the power return from the laser measurement. Turning this into a normalized surface reflectance value (that has meaning across different scanning systems) would require knowledge of the wavelength of the laser and other optical system details that ReCap just doesn't have access to.
