The limit of 1 pt/cm^3 is too large for many applications. Even with decimation off entirely I loose between 66-75% of my data when coming into recap. This makes my finished project transparent and impossible to see easily in inventor since there is no point size adjustment there. My data has already been run through filters to remove excess data and kept what I need. Why does your software think that it knows what I need. If you are going to have your own decimation filter remove the 1 pt/cm^3 limit, it makes no sense.
