Some of my clients don't have a license for Revit but would like to be able to see the pointclouds for sections I've cut in Revit and be able to analyse them in Recap, at the minute this means me getting somewhere near in Recap which is a bit of a chore and I'm still not getting it exactly right.
It would be great to have more control of the size of the limit box in Recap, maybe selecting a face in 3D view, then being able to parametrically control it's distance from it's corresponding parrallel face. (similar to controlling linework in Revit). This way it would be quick and easy to define the size of the slice for analysis. This would also help spot errors in the quality of registration.
Ideally it would be great to sync up a section in Revit to the limit box in Recap
