Hi! I'm wondering if I can upload a Project (RCS file with the 'Support' folder) directly within Recap360 instead of using the Recap desktop software. I tried uploading the files directly on A360 where other projects were uploaded from the desktop software but it doesn't seem to work.
At the time to publish a project to ReCap 360, the ReCap Desktop application is doing more than just uploading files, it is also preparing them for online viewing. So, unfortunately it is not possible.
Thank you for your response. I've only tried uploading from Recap Pro. Is it possible to upload as well from the free version of Recap that comes when you install AutoCAD?
As @ReCap_Ju mentioned - the fact that you can see files on A360 is incidental - viewing ReCap projects online requires much more than uploading the files. You are welcome to use A360 for sharing ReCap files from desktop-to-desktop, but online viewing requires publishing.
