Hello, I have an Edu license and I when I try to make a model the project get stuck at 1% waiting in queue, the project's name is "cave", also my photographs sizes are small. I have a jury and two other projects like this, so if you can help, it would be great.

The previous one Test_1_Button seems to be created but hasn't started. Let me find out more about this project. Is it still in the queue on your end?

@barmanr are you sure about your theory?
When i installed this new version (newest version) of Autodesk ReCap Photo i think...that only processes photos when you're inside of the app, after you upload photo set. Here is two situations that i had stuck with them, first two time upload and process started very well, when i have been inside of app, third time i uploaded photos and when process came to "waiting in queue at 1%" then i exited from the app...after one day i returned to Autodesk ReCap Photo app... and there is no finished process.... then i uploaded fourth time... and this is the record in waiting so far, I'm waiting around two days for process to be done...and still waiting...Don't know but i think that you must to stay in app, and then your process start from beginning to the end...or I'm wrong maybe with this. I thought that you can leave app after you uploaded photos cause it's cloud computing. Then, now i uploaded, from 01:00 AM to about 02:00 AM (Zagreb, Croatia - Local time) two projects, and one of them is actually "same" like other who does not want to start with processing... but this time, it want to start...I'm fascinating with this things... Also, before this... I must to pass trough the difficulties while configuring and installing all of these things ( Autodesk ReCap Photo & Autodesk Desktop Connector )...why do Autodesk always make things much complicated and heavier 😕 I really don't know.

Would it be possible to send me the name of the project that is stuck in the queue? It's possible that at times since the projects on the EDU queue are run using spot instances, if the waiting times are very long due to congestion, easily 600-700 projects/day these days, the project gets eaten away. I'll need to check on this. But waiting times of 2-3 days are normal for EDU accounts.
Also, what do you see when you press the refresh wheel in the "My Cloud Projects" dashboard. It could be a sync issue as well. You can check your Autodesk Drive to see if the project has been completed as well.
I'll take a look once I have your project name, at the backend for any possible issues.

Here is what I think.
So, before this update and migration to new stuff everything was fine. I remember as a education user, like you were, everything looks pretty well. I waited about one day, but now...I uploaded photos from my project (don't remember name right now) on friday 17.9.2021. ...and I still wait. Who knows...I hope that I saw that model, when it will be created. Don't know what is hapening with this, but it seems that only privilege have paid customers....I guess. Like I said earlier, it's so sad because every new update of these product is maybe worse then older one. Don't know man, I hopw that you get your 3D model.

I am used to times, where one would wait up to max. 4 hours on an EDU License. Now it seems to take 2-3 days. I am on a tight scedule as many others are. But now I also read, even upgrading to a paid version won't do the job - only in combination with persistant PMs to the autodesk crew.
* Please let us now, when the licence recognition issue is solved
* Please embed an option to see what position in waiting crew one has

I tried to reply to everyone but it seems that i don't have a permission to do that.
So like @Anonymous said "two to three days of waiting", but how to explain this... The picture(s) tells for itself.
And... what is more scarier than this? So, when I opened this folder (which i mentioned in picture #1 with little red arrow) there's nothing inside them...not even uploaded pictures for my project, at least I expected that...I'll show a picture for this ...also...
When I opened my Autodesk ReCap Photo app i get this...
Also, i tried dozens of times to "refresh drives" but nothing happened. I also tried to click on these "gear with arrows" in Recap Photo like @barmanr said, nothing...how long I need to wait?! 4 days...man...it's too much...

Sorry, you are facing such large waiting times. Based on waiting times in the last few days, the waiting times for projects were as high as 94 hours. I will take a look at the backend with your project names and rerun them if they got consumed due to large waiting times.
Regarding your concern about images being uploaded. With Autodesk Drive unlike the previous A360 drive, no images are uploaded to your drive folder. Once the job completes, you will find only the outputs there. No images.
Also when a project is waiting in the queue, the UI can't do anything until a signal is received from the backend that the job is complete. The Refresh button is for times when say your project already started and stuck at some percentage for quite some time, then it could be a sync issue.
Let me take a look at your projects.

Your project was re-queued on Sunday due to the congestion. So waiting time now would be 4 days from then. It should be picked up by tomorrow and then completed.
The reason the waiting times have become so long is due to a large number of projects this month in the queue and especially the last 4-5 days. This morning we have made an improvement whereby we will pick up a few more instances for EDU. So this will help the jobs get picked slightly faster. But the earlier jobs still need to be cleared that are waiting so hence waiting times of 4 days will still be relevant. I do see the queue starting to clear out already.

But still, at least I know that my waiting don't stop today 😕
Today my state is similar, comparing to yesterday.
Only increases waiting time, now it's 5 days...
There's nothing inside them, so far...

But hey, thanks to @barmanr at least you reply, that gives me some sort of hope.
I hope that they improve these services in the future.
I can tell you that I'm pretty sad because of this, back at the time i did not wait to much, and only thing that i need was good internet connection... now i need to download few additional apps, but also i expected better service... but as you can see... don't know exactly what to say, you have all evidences in this topic.

Hi. I started with an edu account but changed to the free trial of ReCap Pro subscription recently. My project named "EXPANSION_JOINT_COVER" has been waiting in the queue for a really long time, can you please check it out whether there is any problem?

I see your project is in the queue that was uploaded today. Your project will still be on the EDU queue and hence please allow waiting times of 2-3 days for getting your project picked up.
Just to check, when you log into ReCap Photo, do you see the text Educational at the top right corner of the ReCap Photo dashboard?

I am having this issue with 1% waiting in que. I received an email which said my project was ready, but it not there. How do I get it or do I need to upload again.
a little information goes a long way and it’s a struggle to find correct places for help.

Also can you check if the project exists at drive.autodesk.com or Autodesk Drive mounted to your windows explorer?

I see the project is waiting in queue now. For EDU queues waiting times can be 2-3 days.
