How to open a large point cloud (.obj) to Recap Photo?

I'm trying to import a large .obj file to recap photo but it always shows a error report message saying: "A software problem has caused Autodesk Recap Photo to close unexpectedly", in the report details tab it says the error is "Access violation - Code c0000005 (first/second chance not available)". When searching more about this problem it said it could be about updates that were not instaled or about the computer specifications, however I've already instaled all the updates and I activeted  the GPU to run in the program (my computer specifications are CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 5950X 16-Core Processor, RAM: 16,0 GB and GPU: GeForce RTX 3070 Ti).

Is this problem only with this file? What is the size of the obj file?
Maybe you can share the file for tests?
I would try updating the graphics driver on the video card.

Thanks for the answer. When I tried an 80mB .obj file it opened correctly, but a 1,4 GB file didn't work... But I already found another way to proceed with this problem so it won't be necessary to open these files anymore.
