RecCap Pro Photo Service Entitlement Not Working - Says Unsubscribed

I get this issue when attempting to create a new project in ReCap Photo.  I am subscribed to the AEC Collection.  In my account services, I have "Photo Service Entitlement", however when I click "Access" on that service, the web page it returns is broken.  I have never had an issue with ReCap before.

This issue began two days ago.  Since it first started, I have renewed my subscription, uninstalled ReCap Pro 2023, installed ReCap Pro 2024, uninstalled Desktop Connector 15, installed Desktop Connector 16, and am now still having this issue.

Please assist.  Thank you.

It was a glitch that showed unsubscribed when there were no tokens available in the account for photo service. If you get more tokens assigned to this account, this should  go away. This is also fixed in the latest update.
