ReCap Pro Newbie

Hi,

I've recently installed ReCap Pro 2018. I have a network License but I'm not able to start a UAV Phot project with more than 50 images. Also I can not perform any manual stiching.

Can any one tell me what to do to use all ReCap Pro features?

When I'm over the "Survey Settings" button I read a tag asking to "subscribe the ReCap to unlock the registration feature". However, I've already subscribed ReCap...

HELP!!!!! 😞

Yes, I'm sure... but I can confirm it again with our autodesk manager

Yeah, check in your account to make sure its valid.

Hi @pbernardes,

Looks like you may have activated your 30 days free trial version. With free trial version you can only upload 50 photos for your Photo to 3D projects. ReCap Pro subscriptions requires to upload upto 250 photos and use other Pro functionality for Photo to 3D project.

Hi,

I'm still confused...

My institution has 25 ReCap Pro licenses to use for training purposes. During training, do each trainee also have to purchase a ReCap Pro license?
