Recap photo won't start , prompts ' error initializing the graphics device'

This problem happens in my pc . recap photo 2022 prompt the massage  'there was an error initializing the  graphics device'. I am working with many advanced graphic oriented software's in my computer without any problem , also graphic driver are up to date.
