I am getting the same "oops, something went wrong" message, but I cannot see ANY of my past projects, not just the one I submitted last night. There is absolutely nothing visible anymore in my dashboard. I can understand the current project having a problem, but what about all of the others, for which I used cloud credits to create RCS files?

This error may have caused by corrupted RCP project. If you recently created a project and published to web, then delete this project from A360 Drive project folder, then try viewing again.

I am unable to try any solutions because ALL of my past projects are now gone, including those for which I had spent cloud credits.
Since I did not see any other way forward, I created a new project and submitted it for processing. After the typical wait, I received the following error.
I clicked retry and received the same error.
So, now what am I supposed to do? All of my previous projects appear to be gone and I cannot create any new ones.
I am sorry to hear that but you have to go and clean-up Trash folder and recent project from A360 drive then refresh your ReCap web to see your projects.

Also, when I try to log into my A360 drive, I am currently unable to do so. I get a message that the system is under heavy load and to try again later.
I am currently unable to access my A360 drive. When I log in, I briefly see a message in a red bar across the top of the screen that says "An internal error occurred. Please try again later."
I think there is a serious outage going on right now with the cloud services.
The problem appears to have been caused by a system-wide outage. The A360 Drive site also went down.
Happily, after several hours, the ReCap site is back up and running, and I can once again see all of my projects, including the one I submitted last night.
Unfortunately, the A360 Drive site is still out and is currently displaying the following message:
