Process: OBJ to ReCap, ReCap to Fusion 360

I have an OBJ File.

I want to open/impotrt it into ReCap and remove unneeded points, and fix errors (e.g. holes). I want to save/export the result of ReCap in a file format that can be opened/imported into Fusion 360.

Questions:

-Process steps?

-File Formats?

-How to create the output Files?

Can it be done?

Any tip and help is highly appreciated :-)).
