Hi,
the registered scans are wrong orientated. The roof of the model is not on the top of the coordinate system. What have I made wrong?
Thanks and greets,
Stephan

Thank you for participating in our Community! Would you be able to let me know what version of ReCap you are using and any screen capture or screen cast video would be very helpful for further investigation.
Thank you and have a great day!

Thank you for your reply. Would you be able to share created project and raw project data for further investigation? If you can then let me know and will share A360 project drive folder for uploading data.
Thank you and have a great day!
I’m just following up to see if you were able to gather the information I had previously requested to assist me in troubleshoot your issue.
Thank you and have a great day!
Hi,
under Display Settings -> Points (a box with dots) -> Update origin there is a macro to change the origin.
with TAB to change Z
and ALT to flip, you might be able to set the Z axis right.
Otherwise you have to indicate a point of the scan to make the new origin
and the direction of the X and Z.
After some trial and error your project may be ok.
Save as our Recap Project.
It might also be the case that as a final step you need to export the whole project into a unified RCS in order to have a cloud that has the right direction upwards.
As an alternative, start a new project, and manually import an register 2 of the RCS files of the support folder of your 1st project.
You might need to work with target points to get them in the right coordinates.
when these are OK, then import all other RCS files.
I'm just checking in to see if you need more help with this. Did the suggestion that @Patrick_Aps_9121 provided work for you?
