Anyone else have a problem where your ReCap Pro license gets lost. I have two. One with the collection and a 3 year license of pro. I login to my account and neither one appears to be available. Not very happy at the moment.

Recap Pro Mobile is where I’m having issues. I can login to my autodesk account on both iPad and on laptop but when I try to login to ReCap Mobile on the iPad. I get an error message saying: “ReCap Pro Subscription Required”. I have 2, a 3 year and one with my Collection Subscription.
