JSA File conversion to RCP

I have been given a JSA which cannot be imported into ReCap. How can I convert this file?

You will need to ask the provider not to give the JSA, but to give you the orignal (registerd) laserclouds in PTX format.

Or maybe, a Leica Cyclone can convert it from JSA to PTX.
