import fail file e57

Hi All,

The surveyor gave me a cloud point, just an e57 file  here attached

I am trying to import it in recap but i get an error while importing, just after the import settings page.

Am I doing something wrong?

Hi @Vgavilli,
I get the same. Also can't open your E57 file in CloudCompare. Most likely reason is that your E57 has a size of 0KB. Please check with surveyor that he sent you the right file.
