Error when processing ReCap Photo project

Hello,
I am (sort of) new to ReCap Photo, but I've done a couple of projects, so I know how it mostly works. Last Sunday (27-01-2019) I started a project which finished without any problem. Right after that one I started another project, but while processing it hang on 99% for a couple hours, and then it gave me an error (see attached picture).
I've read up on the forum, and it seems like I don't have enough Cloud Coins. Weird thing is, I am using a student account for all my Autodesk programs and I never have had an error while using Fusion 360 to render stuff, which also uses (a lot of) cloud coins. Because I am using a student account I can't buy Cloud Coins anywhere on the manage.autodesk.com page (see attachment 2).
So I'm wondering, is this a problem in ReCap, in manage.autodesk.com or a completely different problem (e.g. my pictures)?
