.E57 Real Views Not Working for some scans

Hi

 

Im having an issue with the realviews when .E57 Files are imported into Recap.

 

The source of the .e57 Laser Scan files comes from Leica Register 360.

 

What importing the .E57 Files, what happens is some of the files appear blurred when i go into the RealViews for the scans. For example on a project of 35 Scan, 5 of the images appear blurred. 

 

Im not sure how Recap converts the .e57 into a Realview Image but im looking to find out if anyone has the same issue or how it can be resolved?

Have heard also that there will be an update to Leica Register 360 to come out (Possibly in March) that will hopefully resolve this.

Just to follow on from this, the issue is not with Register. The Issue is Recap

Hi @pgill 

 

We have released a fix to the e57 blurry image issue in 6.0.

If you are still experiencing this kind of issue, could you please share one scan that can reproduce this issue with our development team so that they can look into this issue?
