Error Loading Existing Models in my Account

What is going on here? I was able to access my projects this morning when I started a new one. I received an ER0105 error at 97% which cancelled the model. Then I restarted it and the model worked (relative to not creating a model at all). Now when I got to see the new model I get ER00000 and it will not pull up any of my previous models or the new one I just completed. (See error message below).

 

Help!

Hi @Anonymous,

 

Thank you for participating in our community! I suspect this has to do with your recently-failed projects. Please, try to correct the issue by going to A360 project folder and moving recent projects to the Trash. Once you find the offending project, you can restore others which are not causing issues. Please, let me know if this helps.
