I have a user who has the same issue, however, they are not using a network license, so there is no LM Utility on their machine.
To complicate matters further, he has a current subscription, however in this instance is using an old Inventor/Nastran 2016 version to work on some older cases.
I appreciate that 2016 is likely out of support, however does anyone have any alternative ideas that may help?
