Welcome to the Autodesk User's Community..

This is a 7yr old product and no longer supported by Autodesk.   There's no live download link for it.

Where did you get this version from?  Or why you need this version?

Hi and thx for your answer,

We baught this product several years ago and still use it.

We have a licence and would like to reinstall it after a format of our computer.

The cd installation we had when we baught it is not windows7 compatible but in 2014 the support gave us a link to download a good version.

The customer support just sent me a link for the 32 & 64bit versions.

I just noticed this thread.  I am also in the same boat with regards to ACADE 2011 and Win 7 64-bit.  I have a copy of the 32-bit from back in the day.  Can I also get a link for the 64-bit download?

Autodesk supports products up to three versions past the current release. For versions older than 3 versions back, please contact our Customer Support to request the download links (select Chat or Email). Please note that any unsupported versions can become unavailable at any time.

I too need the 64bit 2011 download. I've tried contacting customer support but have not had a response yet.

@Anonymous Good luck as previously said there is no live download.

If you're lucky https://knowledge.autodesk.com/contact-support/installation-activation might respond

But otherwise unless someone here has the files it's the end of the road.

Autodesk sent me a download just over a month ago but it took me longer to find a laptop than i thought it would. The download subsequently timed out after 30 days. I'm hopeful they can help again.

What OS are you trying to install it on:

Also, after March 2021 you won't be able to license it anymore and will have to upgrade

Can I activate a perpetual product version 2011 and later?
Yes. Product activation for versions 2011 and later is available until March 2021, when product activation aligns with the Lifecycle policy.

Hi @Marian-IT,

The last post before you was in 2019 - so this is quite an old post, the main issue is that you won't be able to activate since March 2021 Autodesk has ceased activation of 2011 Products and Older.

2011 is not available anymore like what said already Autodesk ended activation for 2011
