Hi and Welcome to AutoCAD Forum,

As much as i know ... Autodesk stopped generating activation codes for AutoCAD LT 2011–2019.
They no longer support offline activation for these products. Even if you have a valid perpetual license, Autodesk simply does not issue activation codes anymore.
