Downloading Student Version of AutoCAD 2016

My school board is still on 2016 and I have students who want to download the application to their personal computers but the Autodesk website is only showing 2017 as the earliest version available to download. Is it still possible to download the student version of AutoCAD 2016 for PC and Mac?

I don't get it. Why is a school not teaching the latest version?

?Not sure. It's up to the school board to provide the licenses to the school. In the meantime, I have students who want to download 2016.

they can't anymore the versions on the student community website are the only versions available

your school needs to upgrade

Autodesk does not license 2016s anymore: so your school will need to provide you with that themselves or you can sign up for the latest from Autoesk and work with that instead, its not too different.
