Access to ALL previous software is unavailable in product page

Currently, I am running 2019 software. Product design suite, building design suite, recap.

I need to re-install Inventor on my workstation. However, on my products page all previous versions are unavailable. Only 2020 software is available. I nave been and continue to be up to date on all my software for over 15 years. How do I get access to older software versions restored. FYI, already been in touch with my reseller. No solution yet.

Are you the software account admin for your company? Or is that someone else that assigns what you see and do not see?
Are you using the same log-in as previously?

Problem Solved.
After discovering that Autodesk has re-branded my previous software
packages I was able to locate it on my products page.
