2013 Downdload

My ancient AutoCAD Lt 2013 stopped working the last time I updated my Mac. I have the serial number and product key- is the download still available? I am retired and can't justify paying an annual subscription- is there another option? I'd like to be able to open and edit old projects/ .dwg files.

Thank you for asking, but AutoCAD 2013 is no longer supported. Downloads of it are no longer available. I may recommend looking at AutoCAD360 for mobile if you're concerned about the price.

The download link for AutoCAD LT is still available for you as long as you have the perpetual license or active subscription license. With this, please proceed to submit a support case to client services and the team will able to assist you to generate the download link.

I have a perpetual license ADP2013 which Autodesk is not helping me with the re-installation on my upgraded computer (new hard drive & Windows 10) No help on forums either. 

The case no. is 15824848. Please advise.

No 2013 version software is supported by Autodesk in Windows10, so you can quit trying with them.
