Get the same error.
Fresh install of drivers does not work.
All printers are affected.
uninsttall widows update KB5000802
Yep, just noticed the same problem this morning. Any suggestions from Autodesk, or is uninstalling the windows update the proper fix?
Hi @stdpattern , @Peter-BHV & @pedro_babo
I had a few customers call me about this today and can confirm that it looks like the latest Windows update is the culprit. If you look online, it seems to have caused similar printing issues to a variety of programs...not just PowerShape, however it's related to specific printers, not pdf.
I've informed development about this through case 17596360. I have not heard anything back just yet.
I'd say remove the latest Windows update and wait until they fix it.
Cheers,

We cannot confirm that proposed solution. Uninstalling the mentioned update, did not fix the problem.

For us the problem affecting a variety of devices. Both printing in PDF and printers (Epson & HP)

I am new to this forum and i don't understand what is the case 17596360. Maybe @ChristopherMarion could explain me how to find this case.
Does anyone know what is the E:/pshape/ps21129? It happens to me also, allthough my disk havent disk E: at all.
Does not seem that produced from some Windows update. It seems to me as PowerShape internal configuration.
I would appreciate any help.

Hi @Anonymous

The above case number is the reference to the support case I created for someone at Autodesk to review this issue. They responded with mostly the same information as some of the others that a Windows update in March was to blame for printing issues.
Now, if uninstalling the mentioned Windows update does not resolve your issue, you may need to wait until another update is remedied for this or removed further updates.
I am on Windows build 20H2( OS Build 19042.870) and I am able to print to PDF and to my Cannon printer without issues.
Perhaps check if you can print to PDF. If this works, then you may want to update your printer drivers.
Cheers,
