Print to PDF ERROR

Hi all,

I am trying to print a technical drawing on draft to PDF PowerShape is showing the message on the image attached.

As I can see, this problem occurred in other users who made a windows update and uninstalling the update as I see on answers will only delay the problem, will not solve it.

I had a few customers call me about this today and can confirm that it looks like the latest Windows update is the culprit.  If you look online, it seems to have caused similar printing issues to a variety of programs...not just PowerShape, however it's related to specific printers, not pdf.

I've informed development about this through case 17596360.  I have not heard anything back just yet.

I'd say remove the latest Windows update and wait until they fix it.
