powershape project icon not show small image of drawing

after reinstalling powershape in my window 10 i have see a problem

is the problem project icon not show in small drawing image 

i need some help to revover this problem

Sometimes this needs to reset to look for the saved image, simply rebooting PowerShape will prompt this to connect the images to the file. You just need to ensure that the settings in your application options for Thumbnail Save Mode is set to Automatic.

Did closing and re-opening PowerShape force the images to update?

yes dear friend i have do it many time but no effect i found on my PC.

i have attach 1 screen shotnothing show

after reisntalled software my issue is resolved now.
