We have a requirement to finish job with minimum time

Use a swarf toolpath with step downs. it'll give you a better finish than using the bottom of the cutter.  If you must cut it that way, use the surface finishing strategy with the toolaxis set to lead/lean and contact normal. in both cases, you will need to select the surface for calculation
