feature set slot finishing toolpath goto rapid every step

slot machining.PNGhello anybody when i make feature set slot finishing program its goes to rapid movment when take next stepdown.

 

can any one help me to control spare rapid movement in this program?

You probably have your 1st choice links set to safe. Change it to circular arc or on surface

Your pic shows 1st choice as safe and 2nd choice set as on surface, make 1st choice set as on surface and 2nd choice as safe or skim

check the box on where it says  apply constraints

Hi Amberg,

 

Thanks for your feed back. I looked your project and concluded that you are intentionally cut the CAD part, so that the toolpath highlight as red color i.e. not safe. So first unchecked the Gouge option in Toolpath connection tab. In short links choose On Surface. For more info, please see the attached video as well as the revised project. Expect this will resolve your issue.
