Create Post Processor warning dialog for a particular toolpath

There are times when I forget to set cutter comp. to LEFT in the NC Program settings when post processing for Corner Pencil toolpaths. I want to create a warning dialog to say something like cutter comp is not set for this toolpath.

I am wondering if it is possible and how.

I am thinking of creating an if statement like if the toolpath Corner pencil exists and if Cutter Comp is set to None then to pop up a warning when posting.

This is correct.

If you are using cycles, the expanded cycle would be OFF.

Expanded cycles means cycle output is off, therefore output the cycle in expanded form.

Ok thanks, I was expecting it to be shown as On in the debugger to match the Nc Program setting form. I tested it and it seems to do what I need.

I didn't think I was using the right one so then I figured to ask you experts but I was just interrupting it backwards in my mind.

It's looking for the inverse of what you think it should look for.

Cycle on = expanded mode OFF

Cycle off = expanded mode ON
