What do you mean with "cannot show"?
Do you get an error message or are you missing the drop-down/pull-up menu?
Recently I made the switch from PM15 to PM17 without any problems. Make sure you install the service packs also.

We are still on Win7 64bit so I don't know.
Maybe @iamcdn79 can help you because he works with Windows 10 64bit.
I don't think it is OS related and should try a reinstall of PM.

As far as I understand those dropdown menus don't work (check his screenshot).
Works fine with me.
@Anonymous are you clicking on the down arrow icon to show the list of icons?
You don't know if your clicking on the down arrow?
There should be no problem with your configuration. I see two possibilities:
Or it does not do what you want because you do it wrong -> try to have a look at the docs.
Or your installation is not clean. Try to reinstall PowerMill, including the last service pack and being sure that you have administrative rights.
