How to explode fat character?

Hi, 

Is there a way to get outlines of these characters ? (could be line segments or spline for curved).

the previous instructions (from adn) use approach with wmf worked with thin characters (font .shx)
but, I don't know how to make it work with fat characters (example arial font).

I mean use api function instead of sendcommand with txtexp.
