I am using the unlocked 2004 version with VC++ 7.0 Standard and have not
seen delays like you are talking about. The only modifications I have made
to the debug settings were to disable Just-in-time debuging (but I did not
notice any difference in debuging speed after making this change). Debuging
is a little slower than it was with VC++ 6, but it is only a minor
inconviniance.
