Is the "Fill Entire Path" property of an Array Path object exposed?

Is it possible to set the "Fill Entire Path" property of an Array Path object?

I can barely find any documentation on this object, and the AssocArrayPathParameters entity exposed in the API doesn't have a property that seems to match up.

API is not public exposed
