i just want to pot to autocad from my Vb.net application (point and polylines)

I want to plot polylines

i have a datagridview containing data

   X     Y

  23   256

  26   189

  63   256

  26   124

  03   24

  16   19

please note that these are coordinates not distance and angles.

i want my application to be able to send data to autocad for plotting... please i need a starter. i am new with the whole autocad.

i used autocad2017 and its Object SDK and visual studio 2015
