How to Get A Block's Preview Image?

When we define or insert a block, there's always a preview image of the block showing on the form.

I'm not sure if there're any interfaces to get the preview image and add it to my imagelist control.

The BlockTableRecord (Block Definition) has the 2 properties: HasPreviewIcon which you can check for True, then if true, use the PreviewIcon property to get the BMP.
