Autodesk.Civil namespace can't be found

Hi,

I am just starting to investigate COGO points. I am using Civil3D 2024.

I found these posts:

However it looks like I am missing a reference. The compiler complains when I add the line

using Autodesk.Civil.DatabaseServices;

I have also not been able to find "AeccDbMgd.dll" when I search the Autocad install path.

Can someone point me in the right direction?

Thanks you. Not sure why my Windows search did not locate that!
