Accessing variables

Hello

Am I able to access and read and write to the file holding the variables used in the parameters-manager's palette, please.  Ideally, I want to read the value held for an action-parameter, do some math using C, and write the result back to the file as a user-parameter which may be seen in the parameters-manager's palette.

Have you tried the .Net API for accessing parmeters explained in this blog post ?

The "MGHLPARAM" should help you access parameters.
